Northwest Clear routes your test to a Washington-certified Backflow Assembly Tester and keeps the records organized. The tester performs the test and submits the results to your water utility; you'll see when they record it as sent. We don't submit results to utilities or decide whether a property is compliant. Your utility's records are the official ones.

Do I pay Northwest Clear for the test?
No. The certified tester bills you for the test at their own price.
Can my team and owners use it?
Yes. Invite as many people as you like. Owners and admins manage the account, managers edit and book, viewers (owners, auditors, insurers) are read-only.
Can I download my data?
Yes, any time. On the Reports page, download every assembly and every inspection as a spreadsheet (CSV), or a PDF packet for any property with its test reports attached.
We already have a tester we like.
Keep them. Record their tests yourself and you still get reminders, history and reports. Book through us when you need someone new.
